"Dead."

They sold me sticks.  They told me they would grow.  They did not.  They said wait.  I did.  They are now out of warranty and still very dead.  TN Nursery will scam you.  Beware.

My plants arrived in really good shape, honestly. everything was packed up well and they still looked fresh when I opened the box.

I was surprised by how many native plants they had. I took my time looking around and double-checked the labels so I knew what I was getting, but there were way more options than I expected.

"Plants arrived in rough shape"
I was hoping they’d be in better condition. A few of the plants showed up dry and, yeah... they looked stressed as soon as I took them out of the box. Some of the roots seemed okay, but a couple were really tiny and weak. I went ahead and planted them anyway, but I’m not super confident they’re going to make it. Shipping itself was fine, so... I’m mostly just disappointed with the condition of the plants.

I was worried I’d been fooled when I opened the box. The plants were wilted, dry, and a few stems were broken. I tried watering them right away and gave them some time, but most of them never really bounced back. Disappointing experience...

"Refund denied"

I ordered some moss from this nursery. Salesperson was very polite. Helped me decide which would work better in my own and yard. Upon delivery Moss felt very dry. It was losing color fast so I emailed customer service and asked for someone to call me immediately to help with the problem or give me a refund. I was in the five day standard warranty. Spoke to Felicia. She gave me some advice after sending photos. I tried everything. One thing she wanted me to do was not use my tapwater instead use rainwater.. so I spent a lot of time collecting rainwater and using that instead of my sprinkler to try to help this problem. She stated the chlorine in the water could be making it so dry. After a long time and emails back-and-forth. And nothing working that they were asking me to do I asked for a refund. Was denied stating that I have not purchased a warranty. I said your standard is five days if I have a problem and I reported it within that timeframe sent them pictures of their own website warranty. So then the next excuse was where I planted it after they have seen pictures and we have went back-and-forth. It was just a lot of excuses to not give me the refund I was deserved. I would not purchase anything else from this company..

"Pretty much everything came back fine??"
I ordered a bunch of bare root plants from tnnursery.net and wasn’t sure what to expect at first?? Shipping plants always feels a little risky, but almost all of them ended up making it. I think maybe just one didn’t take, which seems decent to me. The roots looked healthy when they arrived, and after a few weeks they started putting out growth. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out

"They finally replied, but the trust is gone"
Support did get back to me eventually, but it took way longer than I expected. By the time they answered, I was already frustrated and didn’t feel like I could rely on them anymore. A slow response might not seem like a huge deal, but it definitely made me lose trust

"Replacement Arrived, But the Refund Took Way Too Long"
I did end up getting the replacement, so the issue was fixed in the end. But i was disappointed with how long the refund took. It felt like I had to wait around much longer than expected, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Packaging could’ve been handled better"
The box showed up beat up, which felt a little careless. Thankfully, the plants were mostly okay, but there really should’ve been better packing inside to protect them. It wasn’t a total disaster, but when people are paying for live plants, it’s only fair to put more effort into shipping them safely

"Showed up sooner than I expected"
I wasn’t really counting on it arriving that quickly, but it ended up getting here fast. The tracking didn’t exactly keep me in the loop the whole time, so I was kind of wondering what was going on for a bit. Still, the package showed up in good shape, which matters most. Taking off one star since the updates could’ve been better.

I ordered from tnnursery.net and the site was easy to use. I found what I wanted quick, quick, and checkout went through without any issues. A few of the plant details could be a little clearer, but it wasn’t a big deal. Got my order placed just fine.
